We collect, use and disclose personal information to provide, administer and improve our services, issue tickets, record you purchases and bookings, maintain and update our records, verify your identity, correspond with you, protect our lawful interests and deal with your questions, requests and concerns.

We may not be able to do these things without your personal information. For example, we may not be able to issue you a ticket electronically or respond to your enquiries.

We may also collect, use and disclose personal information that you provide (eg. when purchasing a ticket online) to provide marketing communications and targeted advertising to you on an ongoing basis by telephone, SMS, email, online and other means, unless you opt out or we are subject to legal restrictions. We may do this with the assistance of our marketing service providers.

When you provide credit card details online, these will pass automatically between your browser and our bank's secure payment site for authentication. We do not at any time see or have the ability to access your credit card details online.

  • lawful information requests from courts, government agencies and legal practitioners; and
  • acquisitions or potential acquisitions of our business.

Our website and emails

When using our social media and website "alicesilver.com.au" (collectively "Sites") we may collect information about location or activity, including your IP address.

In the operation of our Sites we use technology that allows us to monitor traffic patterns and ascertain and record information such as how people use our Sites, how long they access various pages and which links they click, including links that bring them to our website. We use this information to improve our Sites content and ease of use.

'Cookies' are used by alicesilver.com.au to track a visitor's navigation in the Sites. Cookies are not used to collect or record any personal information. A cookie is a piece of information that allows our system to identify and interact more effectively with your device. The cookie helps us to maintain the continuity of your browsing session. If we deny any access or correction request, we will provide our lawful reasons. If we decide to make a requested correction to your personal information and you disagree, you may ask us to make a note of your requested correction with the relevant information.

We impliment a range of measures to protect the personal information we hold about you from misuse, interference, loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. If the personal information is no longer needed for any purpose we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify the personal information.
